Nanakai — Seasonal Wagashi & Tea
Shared slowly, one moment at a time.
Nanakai
Nanakai is a series of seasonal tea gatherings
held in nature,
where tea, wagashi, and quiet presence
share the same ground.
It is not a workshop,
nor a place of explanation.
Nanakai offers a field
where you can stand
without needing to improve, perform, or resolve anything.
Time slows,
not as an exercise,
but because nothing is being pushed forward.
Attention deepens.
Listening happens
to nature,
to the body,
to what does not ask to be named.
The Structure
Nanakai unfolds through seven gatherings.
Each one stands complete on its own,
yet together they form a single arc
of remembering and embodiment.
- Dreaming Her Way
- The Taste of Memory
- Fire in the Heart
- Breathing Dream
- Returning to the Body
- Offering to the Earth
- The Long Night’s Wisdom
This is not a linear program.
You may enter at any point.
What matters is not progress,
but position.
The Setting
Nanakai takes place
in forests and by lakes across Europe,
currently in the Czech Republic.
The natural environment is not a backdrop.
It is part of the structure.
Tea, objects, silence, and landscape
are not symbols to be interpreted,
but elements that stabilise the field.
